Gaining Experience ~ Netbooks

We used the netbooks (mini laptop computer) for the first time! Many students have never used a laptop let alone a netbook. Many students have not used a touchpad either. We learned how to handle the netbooks and use the touchpad while working in Paint. We also learned that the program Paint on the netbooks is different than the program in our lab. (This is because the netbooks use Windows 7.) The students had fun exploring the program and enjoyed using the netbooks in the classroom.
